Frequently Asked Questions
Do you walk dogs in bad weather?
We will still walk your dog, rain or shine! Your pooch will then be returned to you after been wiped down and towel dried.
Will you let my dog(s) off lead?
We will only let your dog off lead if the owner has given us permission. Your dog will be kept on lead for the first few initial walks so they become familiar with us.
What is the earliest pick up and latest drop off time for your daycare service?
We don’t have specific pick up and drop off time, as this is pre-arranged in your free consultation. A small fee of £2.50 will be added for pick up’s before 0730 and a further fee of £2.50 will be added for drop off’s after 1900.
Where will you walk my dog(s)?
We try to stay local to your home (this depends on whether we have any dogs with us from another area). We will look for areas such as woodland and fields so your dog is able to run/walk freely without any dangers of the road.
What is your booking policy?
Bookings for the week are to be booked by 1400hrs on the Saturday prior. For example, bookings for W/C Monday 18th would need to be booked by Saturday 16th. Any bookings for that week requested after this time will not be dealt with until working hours on the Monday. Emergency bookings will be dealt with at our discretion. Any last minute bookings requested midweek will be dealt with as soon as possible. Please note: adhoc bookings are on a first come, first serve basis.
Ammendments: You may amend your booked slot providing you give us notice before 1900hrs the day before. If a walk/day care service is changed after this time then you will be charged the full fee of the service. This is to allow us to make any necessary amendments with other customers for that day.
